My complaint:

Packlink refuse to pay compensation for lost package despite all evidence provided from sale to posting to conversations and multiple contacts with Evri (the contractor assigned to packlink for this delivery.

Suggested solution:

They should pay for the costs incurred - i.e. value of the package according to the price achieved on eBay plus postage paid.
