My complaint:

Packlink are robbers. I used their website to get a price for the delivery of a parcel which was an Amazon return and they charged me €46.39. which was a lot for a small table but it weighed 20kgs or so. I was having it delivered to Amazon’s warehouse in Toledo Spain. They could not locate the Amazon premises saying the postcode and the address was wrong. Unbelievable when you consider Amazon is one of the biggest companies in the world. Then to make matters worse they charged me another €46,39 to return the package to me. I was flabbergasted that they managed to charge me again via my Paypal account without any reference to me at all. I am equally dismayed at Paypal for allowing the transaction to go through but they said the payment had been authorised. I will not be using Paypal again. No bank would have allowed that to happen. Both these businesses are crooks with a license to defraud the public !
