My complaint:

Ups took my parcel UN2021COM0000022463
On the 290321 and I’m still waiting for the parcel to arrive. During this time I have emailed packlink many times I have sent all the information they asked me for but my parcel is still somewhere. The only thing that packlink have dime efficiently is to charged me extra but they have not delivered or returned my parcel.
Could you be honest with me and tell me if my box is missing, you have no idea how stressful is this situation. Inside of the box are my brother’s belongings. The clothes for the baby that was still in the belly when u sent the box and now is more than a month old. His passport is in there and he have to travel in August.
I asked for my parcel to be returned to me when it was still in the Uk for more that a month but they did not returned it. They said that my parcel is in Madrid and they I have to returned to me because I have not sent the proper information. I did sent what they asked me for but if you have to return it, do it !! I want my parcel
At this point I don’t mind to have it back. I just want my parcel. They have charged me again for the return but is being more than a week and the status is the same
