My complaint:

On July 9,2022 I was quoted a monthly price of $84.99 for a year. The connect fee was waived and I went to the local office and paid the $84.99 for the first month. I was also told my billing date would be on the ninth of each month which was good since I get my social security on the third each month. A few days later I got the ACP which started in August. The first bill came which was $170.00 and due the first of the month. I reluctantly paid it. After that I was being charged $121.00 minus the $30.00 ACP. Each bill has been $88.35 since and the last bill was $129.00. I should only be paying $54.99 a month($84.99-$30.00ACP$54.99) and that is what I paid the last two months.

Get me a refund and my monthly bill right
