My complaint:
I have optimum WiFi for 8 years so I wanted to add cable tv. So I combined my WiFi with cable deal. I set up the appointment to have it connected. Then they sent me an email saying oh no we can’t do that since you already have service at this address. This is for our new customers only. So since I have one service I can’t add another one and get the same deal they offer to new customers. I would have thought they would want to expand their loyal long term customers but NO they only want new customers even tho I don’t have a contract with optimum. I will cancel every service I have with optimum. That’s final.
Suggested solution:
They should treat their existing customers as well as they treat there new customers are they won’t have any existing customers or new customers period.
