My complaint:

I HAVE CHANGED MY SERVICE. THE BILL SHOWN ON THE INTERNET IS TOTALLY WRONG…PAST DUE AMT AND FUTURE AMOUNTS. PAST DUE AMOUNT SHOWN IS $202, SHOULD BE $149, AS SHOULD BE FUTURE AMOUNTS. INTERNET IS TOTALLY WRONG. ONCE AND FORER ALL FIX YOUR SYSTEM OR I WILL CANCELL MY SERVICE
COMPLEETELY. YOU HAVE 5 DAYS TO FIX. PERIOD.
YOUR PEOPLE I SPEAK TO ON THE PHONE ARE TOTALLY USELESS.

FIX ME BILL TO REFLEX MY SERVICE AND REEMOVE ALL LATE CHARGES AND FEES FROM PAST DUE AMOUNT
