My complaint:
Have complained 1 yrs re problem. Suffer daily service outages (5 to 50day) to house due to constant buffering (spinning, round white circle) causing blurry TV picture andor complete loss of service (lasting a few minutes to the majority of the dayevening). Have requested bucket truck over the 1 yr period to trim tree around Optimum equipment. LIFE THREATENING PROBLEM…when internet service lost, have NO PHONE SERVICE. Husband just out of hospital after 45 days. HUGE problem if not able to reach 911.
Suggested solution:
Send bucket truck to trim tree … FYI have been informed “OPTIMUM (“we” from cust. service rep via phone calls) DOES NOT HAVE BUCKET TRUCKS”.
REALLY??? then why do I see them in surrounding neighborhood on a regular basis.
