My complaint:
I have been a loyal customer for over 15 years and each month my bill goes up. I do not have any of the premium channels.
I am on a fixed income and there should be some discounts for seniors.
I have made this complaint several times and they give me a $5 discount.
This is awful since we need to have our phones, internet and cable in a bundle.
