My complaint:

I have cancelled my flight and hotel within 24hrs of booking of my flight and hotel. I have got the hotel refund. For the airline, I haven’t get the refund back. As they said you have to contact airline for the refund. Pegasus successfully refund my tickets and send me an evidence as well. Now its more than 2 months. Opodo is refunding my money back. I have called them more than 15 times and emailed them more than 5 times and also contacted on Twitter. They are not listening to me and everytime telling me to wait 3 to 5 days. These 3 to 5 days are not overing.

Suggested solution:

They should refund my money asap. As they got refund from the airline. I have attached an evidence and also i have email ation.
