My complaint:
I booked a virgin ticket from Opodo from London’s Heathrow to Lagos Nigeria and used the outbound ticket but I was unwell to use the inbound ticket so I called 2days before schedule and was told the ticket is valid till April 2022 to my greatest surprise when I became fit enough to fly, Opodo said it was not possible as my ticket as become invalid since it was not used even though it stated when I bought the ticket that it comes with free rebooking. Opodo is a useless company with all lying and fraudulent workers who manipulate and toy on people’s emotion.
Suggested solution:
I want my refund as I had to buy a new inbound ticket from Lagos Nigeria
