My complaint:
I booked a one way ticket from Gatwick to Shannon Ireland I DID NOT request Oporto prime but it was charged. Although it was never authorised. I have spoken to over 15 agents I have names dates and times for everyone of them. I have been promised that it has been refunded but still no money at all the over charge is £48-51p I have been told every time it would be done and be credited in 24-48 hours. I have just put phone down to them being told the same thing 1-15pm 310522 I spoke to Aishwaryya this time.
Suggested solution:
I request the credit of £48-51 in full repaid to bank that issued the payment by return also an apology for my time and cost of calling
