I made a booking through Opodo with Reference number : 8416236139
Apparently there has been a change in the customer support system of Opodo and now a person is not able to contact a human support unless he is a prime member of Opodo.
I wanted to make a change on my return flight and I filled out the online form in the app of Opodo. They sent me an informational email that they are processing my change but since couple of days this change is not being even picked up by an agent of Opodo however it is in processing status. Email attached.
I need to have urgent ation of my reservation because I want to register my cat flying with me. The quota on this airplane for cats is maximum 2 cats flying in the plane. If I do not receive soon the ation from Opodo the quota of 2 cats can be reached and I can not take my cat with me. This is why I need to get an urgent ation from their side on the flight change in order to be able to register my cat.
I can not get in touch with Opodo at all. I tried calling, texting, sending emails… everything leads you to one chat robot who can NOT help me with my issue.
It is really frustrating to take your money from the bank account for the reservation but to not provide any customer service after that !
Please can you help me?!
