My complaint:
Purchased ticket for July for my 2 children cancelled travel with Opodo on time and was advised that I will receive a receive a refund of £800 despite paying the ticket for £1600.
5 month now, I still have not received any refund, despite raising a complaint, calling all the time. I only received £80 something. I checked with Air Mauritius airline policy and I was advised that it only take 4 weeks to issue
Suggested solution:
Offer the refund, I check trust pilot and Opodo has been scamming lots of its customers
