My complaint:
My flight to Australia was cancelled when we had the first lockdown in 2020. I have spent the last 2 years constantly emailing and ringing Opodo and all they do is lie stating Etihad are at fault. I have spoken to Etihad and they guaranteed that no request had been received.
Today I received an email from Opodo stating time had run out an I could no longer pursue my refund.
I have done nothing wrong but am out of pocket due to Opodo’s incompetence.
Suggested solution:
Refund my flight cost of £695.
