My complaint:
We have packages delivered to our office from different companies who use various delivery methods. Our office is open from 8am to 5pm. Most deliveries arrive at our office during that time. OnTrac is the only one who delivers after closing. Sometimes they leave a door tag in which we have to call in, sign the door tag and place on the door in order for them to make another attempt to deliver. They seldom return within our office hours. When they do deliver, it is still after hours and packages are just left outside. Anyone walking or driving pass the office can take it.
Suggested solution:
Plan their deliveries during our office hours. We have called and asked to have deliveries made during these hours.
