My complaint:
I purchased an Apple iPhone through OnBuy on 26/6/25 for £649.99 which was subject to a cashback of £32.50 which could be spent on further purchases through OneBuy or refunded to me. I elected for the latter but quickly found that the system for reclaiming payment had some technical fault. OneBuy have acknowledged that there was a fault with their system but have been unwilling to pay me the £32.50 owed.
Suggested solution:
Pay me £32.50 (they have my bank details to do this)
