My complaint:
I am a seller on Onbuy and they suspended my account in july and stated that my funds would be released on 10/12/2023 now it has been 27/12/2023 and still onbuy has not release my funds and they are not replying back to me
Suggested solution:
Just release my payments which have been hold for more than 180 days
