My complaint:
I have ordered a watch in onbuy and payment plan was set through klarna. I have already returned the watch and my refund has not credited but also it has deducted all the money each month I have lost 150 pounds. I have tried different ways to contact them. When doing the purchase I used a guest email address. Since I have not made an account now I can’t contact them.
