Omio complaint: Omio is does not refund cancelled train

My complaint:

I bought four train tickets (Porto-Lisbon) from Omio. On the date of our trip (April 24) the train was canceled and the train company would not change the tickets and asked to resolve this with Omio. We bought new tickets and I called Omio customer service to ask for a refund. The customer service specialist told me that the refund process could take up to 10 days. Today is May 28 and after five weeks and several emails, Omio still telling me that they could get information from Portugal train company. I find this absurd and I don’t understand why I have to wait. I certainly don’t have the means to contact the train company they way Omio can. Moreover I bought a service from Omio and they don’t want to bear any responsibility to a customer!!! It really seems that they want me to forget my money until I had enough. In Their last email they just tell me they sent a reminder to the train company ( probably only because I keep asking).

They should refund my money
