My complaint:

I was promised by Oman Air that they will refund my money for the return journey from Zanzibar to London Heathrow.The flight was cancelled by Oman Air because of Covid 19.Date of Flight was 30042020.
Ticket No: 9102116452468.
Every time I write to clam my money I get automated reply that they will respond to me within 15 days.They never respond.
