My complaint:
On 25Nov19 I was flying(WY0115 at 2.25am) Muscat to Frankfurt with my family. Around after 30 minutes of departure my wife noticed her seat(25F) was missing the button to operate it. When my wife told this to the hostess who was working on that side, she raised her voice and said you should check it before takeoff if everything is working. She was very rude! Also the flight wasn`t full.
Another incident happened on 31Oct19 (WY0104 8:25am)when we were flying London to Muscat. During the meal service I asked for rice with chicken and the hostess said the chicken runout. But within 30 seconds the host on the righthand side asked my server if he can borrow a chicken meal, and she gave the meal to him after making sure that I am not watching. It was total discrimination.
Suggested solution:
She could give her another seat.
Please treat the customers equal.
