My complaint:

I puchased an air ticket through oman air website. Journey could not completed due to covid 19 lock down and sevrvices of oman air was not avaible.

I requested oman air to cancel and refund the above ticket. After several month repeted follow up oman air send an email ing the air ticket is cancelled snd refund will get initiated with in 14 working days

Now almost 4,months over no refund is made yet. Not responding any email
