My complaint:
Oman Air changed my flight home from Thailand twice on the same day to another date i had to come home before the new flight because of family commitments and i would have lost my job it cost me nearly £400 GBP with Thai Airlines. I have complained twice to them and just received the standard email saying i would be contacted within 15 days each time i have heard NOTHING
Suggested solution:
Oman Airline should return half the cost of my ticket that i got originally for a return flight from London to Bangkok, i have proof of purchase of the new ticket
