Oman Air complaint: Baggage lost, recovered and damaged

My complaint:

Heathrow staff was not handling the suitcases but me; Heathrow stuff put an sticker with our contact details in the suitcase and taking ourselves the suitcases to 0 ground waiting to be boarded, piled in a mountain on the floor in a random way. Suitcase was lost for a week, and it contained, among other things like food, the medicine of my baby son. My son suffered the consequences to the point that we had to take him to emergencies hospital for a treatment. When finally they found the luggage, took 1 more day to send it to Zamboanga airport. We lost 2 days to go to that airport and come back to our place just to collect the suitcase, and when we did it, suitcase was damaged and lost a wheel.

Suggested solution:

Economic compensation for the damaged of goods and psychological stress, and also loosing holiday days.
