My complaint:
Sindbad number 124547651
Since the upgrade of Sindbad, I have a negative of -1360 miles. I booked few family tickets since then but the miles do not get updated. When I try to claim missing miles, I can only see my account without the rest of the family names.
I sent 2 emails to sindbad but no response, I phoned sindbad team and explained the problem but nothing happened.
I appreciate sorting the problem out.
