My complaint:

In January I bought my 11 year old son the console he has been asking for and everything was great. 2 month’s later the mic randomly stopped working out of nowhere but my son didn’t want to lose anytime playing so he didn’t want to send it back in. Fast forward to July 3rd 2022 the right controller stopped working wouldn’t even turn on I tried everything and nothing. So now I got in contact with them they told me to ship the headset and controller out gave me a return label. 3 days later they receive and let me know they sent out replacements! That’s great until I only get the controller back! So again I get in contact with them and they apologize for the mix and tell me to wait for an update on the headset they apologize that the processing of the logistic team is taking longer than expected it’s been 3 days with no update I’m livid and my son is crushed after all that waiting for both items to arrive together. I really hope that they make this right I just want the headset back I will never ever recommend oculus quest 2 to anyone anymore

Suggested solution:

I would just like my headset to be shipped out asap and 1 day shipping. My son has been patiently waiting and they should issue a gift certificate for a game or a credit or anything but I just want the headset back and not wait another week
