My complaint:
Oculus quest 2 headset can’t pair to the Oculus mobile app due to a software update required issue, I have contacted Oculus support who say that they are aware of this global issue, their engineers are working on resolving the issue but they can’t give me any indication of how long this will take, I have been waiting 8 days so far but no fix as yet. I have attached a screenshot of the Oculus mobile app at the issue screen. Thanks

Fix the issue so I can use my quest 2 headset asap
