My name is Patrick, I purchased this product during covid to kill time at home. I am a person that has a skin condition called psoriasis, I have not been able to barely use this due to the foam irritations I have sent in 2 times for a safe face replacement seal. No luck, over the years I have barely used it due to that.
Suggested solution:
Rush me a complete new system with all updates, or credit my account to compensate for the lost time. 2 years ..
