My complaint:

I purchased the oculus quest 2 in January 2022. In April my son noticed my headset to not keep a charge for more than 50 minutes. I thought this was normal. I contacted support they said to send it in and a replacement would be sent in 5 working days. Almost a month has passed and still nothing. I was told last week they forgot to put in my request and then it was another area’s issue since they are causing the delays. I attempted to ask for a refund or just send my headset back but instead, they are monitoring the situation. This is the poorest support I have ever received from any company.

Suggested solution:

Send me back a headset replacement like they mentioned they would do or give me a full refund. They have had the headset for almost a month now and everytime I have to email them, I get a different person looking after my case.
