NordicTrack complaint: Treadmill has never worked.

My complaint:

I purchased norditrack treadmill last May 22, it’s now March 23. The incline has never worked. Their technician has been out 7 different times and has replaced wires and boards multiple times, but nothing works. He told a couple of time use the belt to at get use out of it, but I told him I would rather wait until it works as it should. I did try using it on Feb 25 th for 30 minutes. I went to use it again on Sat Mar 4 th and now the belt would not work. I called Kevin the Norditrack technician, yes, we are on a first name basis. Remember he has been out 7 times in the last 7 months.

Anyway, Kevin came over on Mon Apr 6th. Some more board had come in the week before. He tried everything but nothing on it works accept for the monitor. I called customer service and was told they would replace the treadmill since they could see all the times and parts their tech had done. I have been asked to call back multiple times but just get the run around. They say they are waiting on the tech notes, but Kevin says he has already turned them in. Can anyone help me. I don’t mind pay for the unit, if it works. Please I am desperate. Joey Simms

Suggested solution:

Either finally fix all issues so it works or replace it. If neither of those then refund me my money back and I will try Bowflex or Proform.
