My complaint:
Treadmill not safe when I’m using it jumping speeds by itself . Service Technician came replacing parts and they ordered another part more than 2 weeks after arriving at house and technician has not responded. They have made 3 visits and fixing the issue. I’m still paying on my treadmill. I have not been able to use it since February 15, 2023. One technician Steven is very rude.
Suggested solution:
Fix it . Or refund my money back that I have paid and take the treadmill back
