NordicTrack complaint: Item configuration purchased does not match configuration delivered

My complaint:

Purchased a NordicTrack S27I from the Nordictrack website that depicted the configuration of add-ons I wanted. Received the bike, unpacked and began to assemble, then realized the configuration of add-ons were those of another bike (S22I) Apparently the advertised bike on their website that I purchased has at least 2 versions (NTEX02722.1 and NTEX02722.2). The bike depicted is appears to be NTEX02722.2.They shipped NTEX02722.1, and refuse to correct their shipping mistake. My only recourse is to return the bike and pay them an additional $500.00 for shipping and restocking fee… For their mistake…

Suggested solution:

Ship the bike in the configuration I purchased, and pick up the incorrect bike shipped... Simple as that...
