NordicTrack complaint: Commercial 1750 console failure – no fix after 3 months

My complaint:

Console failed after NordicTrack tried to automatically updat it. This was New Year’s Eve. We have full and extended warranty. NordicTrack agrees that they broke it, but after 3 months they have not fixed it. Meanwhile my iFIT membership and the extended warranty tick on and on.

Suggested solution:

Fix the console immediately.
