My complaint:

I placed 2 orders from nordictrack thinking I would love the machines

Requesting they waive the restocking fee and the return fee of $250 per equipment for returning it. I just received the Bike S22i 2 days ago. Worst experience ever, the screen does not work, the handles and the screen are missing screws and moves alot. I have been chatting with nordictrack and they are not responding. At this point I am very disappointed on the products I bought the bike and the rower (the rower has not even been opened) for the same reason that the bike is defective. Now nordictrack wants to charge me a $250 each for the bike and the rower and an addittional $10% for restocking fee per each machine. How acceptable is this? if they are the ones that send me a defective bike, I am beyond frustrated and disappointed.
