My complaint:

I have had a terrible time with NordicTrack. Specifically their choice in shippers. My order has been in my area waiting to be delivered for a month! All attempts to contact the shipper were ignored. It got to the point where I didn’t think I’d even get the order. I seriously tried calling at least 10 times just for them to seriously not answer the phone. Then finally I got an email TELLING me when they were delivering instead of scheduling like I was told would happen. AND THEN, the day finally comes and they totally stand me up! I got an appointment time of 10-1 then it got pushed to 2-445. Finally at 6 I reached out to find out that the terminal was closed. Got no apology, nothing! Just was told they’d put a note in asking for an ETA. Clearly no respect for my time. If this is how NordicTrack wants to represent themselves, I don’t think I’ll buy from them again.

Suggested solution:

Getting my order delivered would be a great starter. But this whole process was terrible. This is the worst experience I’ve ever had. I almost cancelled purely because the lack of communication was appalling. There’s zero respect for the customers time and it’s pretty obvious. At this point, I’m sure it’ll be delivered with zero notice forcing my family to wait around to receive it. Unprofessional!
