My complaint:

Mine oliptical trainer was broken in December, the engineer looked at it was surprised that internal storage of elliptical was different from the others and electrical part worked way too slow compared to others same make, however he done something and looked like it is all good, 1st of January elliptical broken again for the same problem, no-one knows when they will fix it, company refused to replace,refused to give any gym voucher, I was told I have to wait. It is 8th of March I still do not have an appointment when engineer will come,called company again-they do not know why engineer hasn’t been in contact, no help or support , no point buying it,I asked for refund still nothing

Replace elliptical
