My complaint:
I swear by nivea factor 50 for my children and myself and its beem my gone to since forever ots what my mum used on us as kids but recently on a trip to menorca despite caking my 2 boys every hour we all still burnt and peeled my eldest was left very uncomfortable and had to spend the last day in the room
Suggested solution:
Find out what went wrong and Make sure it doesn't happen again to others
