My complaint:
I bought Nivea body lotion, the Aloe Hydration at Dischem, but the product is very runny and even when I put it on my body it makes no difference, like my body is not moisturised and it’s the first time I’ve had this experience with the body lotion, I always use the product and at first I thought I imagined myself, but my daughter ed that she also experienced that her body wasn’t moisturised and that her skin still looked dry as before she applied the lotion
Suggested solution:
A refund or a voucher, it’s the first time I’ve had this experience with Nivea and been using it for many years. I don’t know how they usually resolve their customer complaints
