My complaint:
We have 3 boys who absolutely LOVE your Nivea Mens Moisturizing Face Wash but the top ALWAYS BREAKS WHEN YOU OPEN IT. It is maddening and it makes our bathrooms a colossal mess AND we end up losing about 30% of the product.
Can you please redesign the top?
Every other manufacturer has managed to get it right, so it can’t be rocket science.
Suggested solution:
Replace at least a case.
