My complaint:
Yesterday I had purchased a product of NIVEA MEN (After shave Fluid) from Carrefour, Al Shahama, Abudhabi (UAE)and observed it was a sealed packet but surprised there was no CAP for the bottle. Kindly have a look and take necessary action on this regards.

This is the initial stage of this complaint and nothing to resolve yet.
