New Balance complaint: Shoes have not arrived

My complaint:

November 12 I ordered from New Balance Discount Black, 1080v11, 8 12, Medium paid with American Express card $70.00. On my November Statement this charge was shown on the date of November 17. Order Number YQV3HK7JY. No shoes have been received.

Further to this I sent 3 different e-mails to your Customer Support and no replies have been received.
On December 8, my third e-mail to you was addressed to Customer Support Manager and in this e-mail I did say Your product is much better than your service.

I have ordered from New Balance before but never from Discount. Only ordered from Discount this time for the Black 1080v12 has huge white soles that I did not like. 1080v11 is all black. Is this poor service due to the fact that this order was from your Discount Store?

1. I would like to know if and when I will receive these shoes.

2. If these shoes are now not available when will my Credit Card be credited.
