My complaint:
My husband purchased a pair of NB sneakers on October 6, 2022 from the Smithtown location above. Within two months the tongue of one of the sneakers completely fell off. Please see photo and receipt of payment. He was shocked to see this happen to the brand he has been purchasing for years. Since this happened within a two month period we are asking for a refund of the amount paid of $152.08 or a replacement of the same sneaker. Please advise how this will be handled. Thanking you in advance for a quick resolution.
