My complaint:
Purchased NB 990 American made sneaker when they first were introduced, as I wanted an American made quality sneaker. I purchased them at ST. Pierres shoe store in Taunton.MA. They were very expensive so I only wore them approximately 10 times ,over the years. Recently I wore them to Bass Pro Shop in Foxboro and felt like there was something wrong with the sole. When I got back to my car I observed that a big chunk of the sole was missing. I have been purchasing NB footwear for as long as I can remember but am totally disappointed in the durability of what was supposed to be your best product. Enclosed is a picture. Thank you, John W.
