My complaint:
NetSpend is holding my tax refund and have no reason to my account was ristricted s I called NetSpend updated my info logging in my account I was able to withdraw only 300$ then they ristricted my account again told me to send documents to get my money I did 7 times the still closed my account and won’t give me my remaining balance
Suggested solution:
They haven't they told me to wat 60days because the IRS is reviewing it but theirs said that's a lie they dnt have anything from NetSpend
