My complaint:

To whom it may concern, I received a payment on 3/08/2023 for 901.40 which I’ve received into my card account. It was two more payments posted into my account on 03/23/2023 for 901.40 and following another deposit 03/27/2023 for the exact amount for 901.40 they are holding my money claim they can’t provide the tracking number.

So I provided them the tracking number for both checks, today they told me it’s to late can’t get my money back , because it over 60 days, did not know the lease Gobal Leasing compay was going to provide me back all payments, NetSpend card services still has my payments.

And they have not returned my payments back to the leasing compay which they are holding them which I don’t understand. I’ve provide the proof. I’m asking them to give me my money and they saying have to wait 10 days again to file dispute,

Suggested solution:

By finding the tracking number that they have provided to them and giving me my payment’s the compay provide into my account , on those dates, i I’m asking for help to file complaint
