My complaint:

On 4/30/2023 I was cyber robbed from my account that I have with NetSpend I had $2,528.20 I was saving for my rent for the month of May the fraudulent transaction started at 1:00 a.m. and ended at 6:00 a.m. I had 10 transaction message on my phone that someone was hacking my account at 9:00 a.m. I called NetSpend to let them know that I was cyber robbed online they told me I had to make a claim which it would take 10 business days and it’s not guaranteed that I would get my money back and I’ll explain to them that this is my rent money and I just moved into a new house he told me I have to follow those procedures then they did not let me know since I had a second account that I was supposed to report that account as well same day but I had to end up doing another clim because I was robbed a second time with the other account both cards are being investigated and I have to wait for new card so that inconvenience all my bills that have to be paid for the month of May I wasn’t able to do because all my money is tied up on this NetSpend card and i can access no money.this have me so stressed out not able to pay my rent which is $3,565 this put all my bills on stand still.I have all the transactions but it’s not letting me upload all of them

Suggested solution:

I need my money back asap this set me back big time my account are locked I cnt access any money until the new cards come in and this is resolved.
