My complaint:

I had called your NetSpend 1-800 number and I was on the phone with them for over an hour and they had put me on hold a couple of times and I was having problems with a card that was connected to my number ending in 6901 and I was trying to get my balance but it kept giving me a different balance and it was connected to my phone number 509-724-9116 and it would show me a different balance that was connected with the card 6901 they said I didn’t have no card or anything like that ending in that number now I was on the phone with them for a whole hour and I have no idea why this card is connected to my phone but it Representatives basically had put me on hold and they never did answer me back it just basically hung up on me and I was on the phone for over an hour with them trying to figure out how to get the balance of my own card and where this other balance was coming from that was connected to another card that I guess wasn’t even in my name

Suggested solution:

I need them to realize that I do not understand where this balance is coming from that is connected to my phone number every time I text 22622 it gives me a different balance when that balance ain't even on the card that I have that is in my name I keep getting the other cards balanced the card ending in a 6901 and I don't even have that card now I don't know why it won't give me the balance of my own card but it keeps giving me somebody else's balance unless that's a card that is in my name and I don't know the rest of it but I have all the transactions that was ever done on that card
