My complaint:

The card was purchased for my son due to him not having all the documents needed to open a bank account. They required additional verification after the first purchase and put a fraud lock on the account. When trying to get the issue resolved the agent hung up on me even with permission to speak from the account holder. When trying to get a refund he needed to change the address as he is not where his licensed address is and would like his funds while he is visiting and he wasn’t allowed due to the fraud block all because he doesn’t have a social security card. For a prepaid card. The hassle of getting $9 refunded resulted in an hour on the phone and the issue is still not resolved.

Suggested solution:

Issue refund.
