Netspend complaint: funds inable to return to me

My complaint:

I have a card i have not used in more than 65 days. for that amount of time periodically i have tried to reopen the card or get a refund but to no success.
Yesterday i spend 3 hours on the phone talking to people i could hardly understand. After answering many and i mean many security question that were real and good, i got send to a automated area to re do my pin and each time never got back to the live person, I had to call back literally 6 different times to start all over again with a new person. The same thing would happen again and again and again. After three hours i just gave up exhausted.
All the foreign persons were like robots and i could not get my $119.77 re released to me and that has been going on off and on when i have time to spend on the phone for OVER 1 YEAR.

How do i finish this and get my funds? I have the last 4 digits of the card my money is on and the card that i want the money put on, it’s all been verified… or can you put it on my Chime account?
I most likely will not be with Net Spend again. I’m sorry.

Please respond and unlock my money, It’s been too long and it shouldn’t be this difficult.
