My complaint:

i cant activate a new card that i purchased from Kroger for $30.00. Was told by the supervisor that i needed to be the card holder. I explained that iam the card holder i just purchased the card. She tells me i need to send in the receipt and my DL to activate the card and i ask . She say that the info dont match what she has. I tell her to ask me anything about the set up and i will answer, but she would not. Iam not happy at all with this service.

Suggested solution:

let me activate my card or refund my money
